The Company determined the offer size and offer price for the Issue of A Shares 2020-06-09
Upon the cumulative tender price consultation with the price consultation participants that provide a valid price quote within the issue price range on 8 June 2020, the Company will issue 120,000,000 shares of A Shares at the offer price of RMB8.95 per A Share.
