Total Trade Volume of approximately HK$8,860,000  Shares Close at HK$6.30

       [16 December 2013, Hong Kong] Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Fudan-Zhangjiang” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively as the “Group”) (Stock Code: 1349), a leading bio-pharmaceutical company in China, commenced trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) today.

        Shares of Fudan-Zhangjiang were actively traded with an intra day high of HK$6.64 per share and closing at HK$6.30 per share. An aggregate turnover of approximately HK$8,860,000 was traded.

        Mr. Wang Hai Bo, Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and General Manager of Fudan-Zhangjiang, said: “Today, Fudan-Zhangjiang is successfully listed on the Main Board. It is a major milestone of the Group’s corporate development.
